This past year was a difficult one in many ways, one of which was the severe limitation on my genealogy ressarch, mostly due to financial issues ( and a balky car that finally had to be replaced! ), and, so far, this year may not be much different, but there is good news to be had. I was very pleased to see that Ancstry has many more digitized Quaker records online than the last time I looked, including a new set from my local meeting , Pipe Creek. No longer will I be stuck at the year 1800 when it comes to researching these ancestors; the records carry int o the early part of the 1900's! To celebrate, I just finished transcribing the marriage records for Pipe Creek, by groom's name. The next step is to start connecting all these people in the online family tree!
