Clark, WIlliam – witness to George Palmer’s ship-board will

Day, John – from Herfordshire

Kent, Robert – cordswainer, servant to Philip Alford (or Oxford); Robert was married on Aug. 5, 1686, to Margaret Thompson, widow, with the consent of Philadelphia Meeting. He died early in 1689. Alford is believed to have arrived on an earlier ship.

Martin, Isaac, wife Katherine and daughter Elizabeth – Isaac’s will was proved 18th of 5th month, 1683. His widow later married John Sibley

Mason, John, wife Mary and children John, Robert and Richard. John had come with a certificate from Farington Monthly Meeting in Berkshire, dated 27 2nd mo, 1682. He died the following year and the administration of his estate was the first such record entered in the Philadelphia record books.

Palmer, George, wife Elizabeth and children Elizabeth, George, John, Thomas and William. George Senior’s will was witnessed on September 4, 1682, on board the ship during the voyage by a William Clark, though it was not recorded properly until years later. George’s widow, Elizabeth, later married Thomas Fitzwater of the Welcome.
