Pipe Creek Friends Meeting dates back to 1772 when the monthly meeting was set up from Fairfax Monthly Meeting by Western Quarterly. Though its attendance records were very sparce for a number of years in the early part of the twentieth century, it is a lively meeting today and has been in continuous operation since its beginning. The meeting is currently a member of Warrington Quarterly Meeting and Baltimore Yearly Meeting.
