Boas, Kate L.: Sues Woman; Alienation Inferred

Kate L. Boas, wife of former Select Councilman Howard L. Boas, this aftenoon started an action in trespass against Mrs. Laura F. Steininger, a divorced woman. No statement has been filed, but it is understood that the suit is for alleged alienation of the affections of Mr. Boas. Mr. and Mrs. Boas recently separated¹
