Miss Josephine Robinson Becomes the Bride of J. M. Bratton

Mifflintown, PA. Oct. 13 – A pretty wedding was solemnized at the home of the bride’s mother, Mrs. Maggie B. Robinson, near Academia. The bride, Miss Josephine Nelson Robinson, was dressed in white satin with pearl trimmings. Miss Anna McKee, of McVeytown, was bridesmaid, and Miss Sabra Robinson, sister of the bride, was maid of honor. The groom, J. McCulloch Bratton, of Lewistown, was accompanied by his best man, Dr. Willis Alexander, of Lewistown. Rev. W. M. Hyde, of Academia, performed the ceremony. Miss Jane Croix played the wedding march. Many beautiful and costly presents were received and a sumptuous dinner provided, of which about 200 guests partook.
