First United Church of Christ
The church that is now the First United Church of Christ in Spring City was first organized in 1882 as a Reformed church. They met initially in Mechanics Hall on Hall street. After a number of changes, the church emerged as First United Church of Christ.

Parkside United Church of Christ
Founded in 1900 by a small group of Hungarian and Slovak immigrants, the church was first called the Hungarian Reformed Church in Phoenixville. In 1908 the church changed to its current name.

Shenkel United Church of Christ
Shenkel United Church of Christ was first established in 1837 as the Second German Reformed Church. Burials in the cemetery beside the church date back to the late 1700’s, predating the establishment of the church by about 50 years as the cemetery was first established as a community burial ground.

This church in West Vincent township was formed in 1833 and is still using the original church building.

St. Paul’s United Church of Christ
St. Paul’s Church of Christ was established in 1833 and its first church was built in 1838.

St. Peter’s Pikeland United Church of Christ
St. Peter’s began as a German Reformed congregation, started in 1812. They originally shared their building with a local Lutheran congregation. After a fire destroyed the union church in 1835, St. Peter’s rebuilt in 1836.
